AI PROCESSING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES • Purpose: To provide AI features (e.g., image edits, background removal, virtual try‑on), we transmit user-provided images to our AI service provider, Replicate, for processing. • Our retention: We do not permanently store your uploaded images on our servers for these features. Images are processed transiently to return results; limited logs/metrics may be retained for abuse prevention, performance, and billing. • Model training: We do not use your photos to train models. Replicate’s handling of inputs/outputs is governed by their policies; see their privacy documentation for details (replicate.com/privacy). • International transfers: Processing may occur on servers outside your country. We use appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers where required by law. 12. FACE DATA • What we collect: Lensi does not collect or create biometric identifiers or “faceprints.” When you choose to process a photo that may contain a face, that photo is processed to apply the feature you requested (e.g., beautification/retouch, digital flash, virtual try‑on). Limited face detection may occur to position effects correctly, but we do not extract, store, or share facial landmarks or templates. • How it’s used: Solely to perform the selected feature on the photo you provided (e.g., apply skin smoothing, place garments for virtual try‑on). We do not use face data for identification, authentication, advertising, or profiling. • Sharing and storage: For AI features, your photo is transmitted to our AI service provider (Replicate) strictly to generate the requested output. We do not permanently store your photos on our servers for these features and do not use them to train models. Replicate’s handling is governed by their policies. • Retention: Inputs/outputs for AI processing are retained only as long as necessary to deliver your result; any transient copies are deleted thereafter.
